Up to 120°C: Heat Resistant Resin Wheels with Pressed Steel Construction

Our pressed steel castors with heat-resistant resin wheels maintain their rolling profile at continuous temperatures up to 120°C while supporting loads of 80-300kg per castor. These work reliably in bakery proofing areas, food production warm zones, and light industrial applications where ambient heat is consistent but not extreme. The resin wheels provide low rolling resistance and non-marking performance on epoxy-coated floors.

120°C To 200°C: Phenolic Resin Wheels with Stainless Steel

At this temperature range, stainless steel construction becomes essential for structural integrity. We manufacture stainless steel castors with phenolic resin wheels that withstand temperatures up to 200°C without deformation or performance degradation. These castors support loads of 100-500kg per castor and excel in industrial oven applications, cooking production lines, and high-temperature processing environments. Sealed bearing systems prevent moisture and contaminant ingress.

200°C To 280°C: Fully Stainless Steel Construction

Only our fully stainless steel castors with stainless steel wheels operate reliably above 200°C. These use high-temperature mineral oil lubrication instead of grease, with sealed bearing systems designed for extreme heat plus moisture exposure. Load capacities range from 150-400kg per castor. These are specifically engineered for autoclave trolleys, sterilization equipment, and extreme heat applications where equipment failure creates safety hazards and operational shutdowns.
